1. Draft Contract to Effect Exclusive Purchase Negotiations Direct with site,land,building and Development Project owners. Lock Out Agreement.
2. Draft Purchase Option Contract: Subject to Receipt of Funding and/or developer fulfilling other specified conditions to enable Legal completion of new site,and,building or development project. [Note: This is not to be mistaken for an Option Agreement that is Subject to Planning Approval].
